Run or walk on trails?

Do you prefer running or walking on trails?

According to the <Centers for Disease Control and Prevention >, the physical activity recommendation for adults between 18 and 64 years old is at least 150 minutes a week of moderate-intensity activity such as brisk walking, and at least 2 days a week of activities that strengthen muscles.

150 minutes every week can be equivalent to 50 minutes of brisk walking for 3 days a week. Muscle-strengthening activities can include rock climbing, cycling, or exercises like squats, push up (modify it with your knee on the ground), forearm plank etc…

Regular physical activity is one of the most important things people can do to improve their health. Moving more and sitting less have benefits for everyone.

Stay active! Stay healthy! Stay tuned for our upcoming trail challenge 😊
