While many of us have hit our local trails to fuel our wanderlust, we are technically still in a “screensaver” mode. Nonetheless, our body is amazing. With the right training regimen, we can rebuild that strength and endurance we may have lost. But do listen to your body, pay attention to warning signals such as pain, tightness, or discomfort.
When we return to training, we may experience some muscle soreness. There are various methods that we can use to mitigate this and help to recover in between training sessions.
