Naya Kanga, also known as Ganja La Chuli, stands at 5844m above sea level, and is located in the Langtang region, north of Kathmandu. It is one of the less climbed peaks among the other peaks in Nepal.
Naya Kanga is classified as a “technical climb” and it requires strong physical and mental fitness to reach the summit. The approach trek follows the renowned Langtang Valley, offering stunning views of the Tibetan peaks Shishapangma (8064m), Dorje Lakpa (6966m), Yala Peak (5500m), Pemathang Ri (6836m), Langtang Lirung (7425m), and Langshisha Ri (6370m).
